From our experience, children want to arrive early and stay as late as they can get away with! With some of our younger students we use some educational software to break up the day and keep them engaged.
The classes run from 9:30 am to 4:00pm. We are open from 8:30am for early arrival and close at 5:00pm for late pick up (at no additional charge) Pickups after Closing time will incur a small charge to cover rent charges and tutor wages. After School from 3:30 - 5:30pm and Saturday 1:30 - 4:30pm.

There is 1 tutor for up to 8 students.
Your children will be under our supervision at all times while on site for the day. We require written permission from a parent if the child needs to leave the premises for any reason.
Of course! In addition to the class content, there is ample time for children to play games with each other. Depending on weather, we also tend to go outside and have a runaround.
Children are grouped according to age and "buddied up" alongside another child of similar age and experience.
In most cases they can. However, if they are doing different courses they may be not be able to. If this will be an issue, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Children bring their own food and drinks. They can only leave the premises to get lunch if they have written permission from their parents.
Cancellations require 7-day notice in advance of the commencement of any class at Grand Training. A $40 admin fee will be charged. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the class commencement.
Children can bring a USB Flash Drive to take home all the work they have done. Alternatively, if they are on a Scratch course, then all they need is an internet connection (and to remember their Scratch login details), as everything is stored online for those courses.
Those children who attend the full week course can request a course completion certificate.
